Our Bed & Breakfast Stay Options
We have a range of stay options for you to choose from at P&M Bed & Breakfast.
- I host a MASTER King suite, dual adjustable bed with massage, AC, Private shower- Bathroom, fireplace, Cable, TV and WIFI.
- We have 2 KING suites, AC, beautifully decorated and spacious. WIFI, Shared bathroom that is cleaned daily.
- We have a QUEEN suite, AC, beautifully decorated, spacious, rocking horse added for charm. Shared bathroom and WIFI.
- We also have an over-flow room.
- 1 executive suite, 1 king bedroom, sofabed, loveseat with bed, Ottoman with single bed, kitchen, shower Often used for longer stays. It is a sectional couch area with another love seat and chair. Bright window. Sectional opens into a Queen bed.

Why People Love Staying With P&M Bed and Breakfast
Me and my partner had such a wonderful experience staying at P&M bed and breakfast for three weeks. Penny and Bill go above and beyond to welcome you into their home. Was my first experience staying at B&B and was a little skeptical about about it. I’ve always stayed at hotels on my travels and wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Bill and their friendly dog Igloo we felt very welcomed. Than we were shown around the property which I met their other friendly dog copper and not only do they have a very beautiful front yard but was overly surprised by the back yard oasis which consist of a pool, comfortable sitting area, hammock, fire place, BBQ station and outdoor dining area. We stayed in a king room which was clean and beautifully decorated and had one of the most comfortable bed’s I’ve ever slept in and the pillows were the best( have to try to find the same to purchase and replace mine at home).

We have a range of amenities for you to choose from at P&M Bed & Breakfast.
- Fully Cooked Breakfast or a cooked breakfast is provided in the dining room that is filled with sweet treats, yogurt, fruits, cereals, bagels, breads. A variety of frozen foods, canned goods, pkg. Goods. We have received great feedback on our food variety.
- We have a fully stocked refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea table, cappuccino machine.
- We have a QUEEN suite, AC, beautifully decorated, spacious, rocking horse added for charm. Shared bathroom and WIFI.
- Penny has a Culinary Arts Diploma and will cook a beautiful dinner, at extra charge. Price depends on the meal, of course!
- Backyard area is spacious, pool, beautiful landscaping, bbq for you to enjoy. A beautiful Gazebo, fountains, hammock, solar lights everywhere!
- Boat tour - For an additional cost you can take a tour around Kingston and Gananoque on the water with our exclusive boat tour!
- Fire pit - Make smores, grill up some hotdogs, or simply kick back with a cold one at our fire pit.
- BBQ & Smoker - Enjoy a backyard BBQ sitting by the pool and then relax by the fire pit afterwards!
- Our ducks visit daily- Dabby and Donald
- Front or back porch bird watching - Sip on your morning coffee while watching birds in the front yard or in the serenity of the backyard while your breakfast is prepared special for you by Penny, who graduated from Culinary Arts school!

Yes, proof of vaccinations will be required to stay here. This BnB is not all about income- safety for our guests is more important!

Usually eggs are prepared to your personal preference, toast- bread your style ( white, whole grain, etc) meat- bacon, sausage- you decide, hash browns- coffee, tea- and always served with a fresh fruit bowl!
Penny has been known to make special omelets, French toast- steak and eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. If you prefer a light breakfast of cereal, toast, and fruit- this is available as well
YOU decide- it will be made delicious and memorable!
Coffee cream and milk is provided from our local distributor- delivered every Friday to my door- AND- organic!
No- because of the pool, supervision of your Children, by the parent, is required!
Yes, there are two dogs. They can be kept away from the guests if requested.
